Paige's new milk arrived this week. So far she's doing pretty good with it. Its really thick and really sweet. On Tuesday Linda and I were laughing at how milkshakey her breath smelled...when bees started buzzing around her head (true story) it was a lot less funny.
So is this stuff really going to help her bulk up? Lets crunch the numbers. I've included info on whole milk (many babies move from formula or breast to whole milk), the soy milk she has been drinking for 6 months, and the pediatric drink she's starting this week.

We're also going to try to plump her up with cake, thanks to Duncan Hines! We bought several cake and whipped frosting mixes. None of the mixes listed milk as an ingredient AND they were marked with a "circle U". A quick check online confirmed that they are dairy free!
The cakes that will be dairy free are: Devils Food, Yellow, Lemon Supreme, Butter Recipe Golden, Swiss Chocolate, Spice, Fudge Marble, Pineapple Supreme, Butter Recipe Fudge, German Chocolate, Red Velvet and Dark Chocolate Fudge. There is no change to our brownie formulas at this time.--excerpt of a response from Duncan Hines to a consumer regarding kosher status of their cake mixes.
I can't decide between between yellow or devil's food for the weekend.....

I talked to Paige and she wants Yellow. She also told me that Mommy should make Devil's food for Daddy.
