Paige's first "big girl" Christmas

Christmas was a hoot this year! I know its technically Paige's second Christmas BUT it was her first as a "big girl". Don't get me wrong, she enjoyed herself just fine last year. As long as her tummy was full and someone was cuddling her she was quite fine....seriously though, that meant Christmas was not unlike any other day she had had in her previous three weeks on this planet. But THIS Christmas, well, it was a whole new ballgame. She got to dance and clap to the Christmas tunes. She got to sit on Santa's lap. She got to learn how to say "ho ho ho" at daycare...sortof (good try Linda). She DID say"Oh wow!" 3 grillion times at the christmas tree, the snow, the presents etc. She helped me bake cookies & she helped daddy do some shopping. She got very adept at gift opening. You figure she had a few chances to warm up on or around November 30th (birthday girl) plus the three or four family Christmas events betweenMike's family and my own, she got really good! We've got lots of precious photos (Paige in a Santa hat, Paige and Katie under the Christmas tree up north..) and video (Paige finishing off the cookies that daddy...er...santa took a bite out of on Christmas eve...Paige brushing her teeth with the new toothbrush Santa brought for her..) and we promise to post them for you to enjoy...eventually....by next Christmas for sure!
