Holiday Lights

Mom treated us to a holiday lights tour limo ride this week! She came up with the idea for Grandma's (AKA "Old Grandma) birthday gift. We got all snazzed up in our gay apparel (sparkly Santa hats, Christmas socks & sweaters....Mike had a silver neck tie with little Christmas trees on it...that played music). The car showed up at 6:00pm sharp at Grandma's house in Spring Lake Park and all 11 of us piled in! There was holiday music on the radio, a DVD of a Yule log was playing on the multiple TV screens, A cooler full of Holiday treats, and Mom asked us like a gazillion Christmas trivia questions. The trivia was hilarious mostly because Paige lost the little flashlight that we needed to read the questions almost immediately, Mom somehow got her answer sheets all mixed up, and when you got a question right you didn't get a point, you got a "Ho".....ahem....

Naturally we answered each question enthusiastically...and about 50/50 "real" guesses and smart-ass comments....ahhhh...good times.....

Paige did pretty well...lets face it...to her it was a lot like a 3 hour car ride. She did look at all the "sparkles" and got pretty excited about some of them. :)
