Paige was playing so nicely I thought "Surely I have time for a quick shower..."


What an idiot.


I showered for five...six minutes at the most...and thought it would be wise to check on my angel right away.



I came downstairs and she had THIS in her little hand.

Uncapped.





Her hands & face were fine...and I actually thought "Hey! Great timing! I got to her before she did any damage!"


Idiot.



I reminded her that these are "Daddy's crayons" and that she isn't allowed to use them...blah blah blah...time out...blah blah blah...ask mommy for Paigey's crayons blah blah blah....



She smiled at me and said "I color mine pig!"



Huh?



She runs downstairs and shows me this.




I ask her if she colored anything else.



"Um.....I color Daddy's computer!"


"Egads child! You did WHAT!"



A quick examination of the computer revealed nothing and I breathed a sigh of relief. I did a quick scan of the rest of the family room and everything was fine.



But when I sat down to write this post, I did find this.
