18 month Pics & Updates!

Isn't she cute? Linda is teaching her to say "I know" when people refer to her cuteness. I wish she would teach her the difference between a car, a truck and a bus....if its on wheels and drives down the street she points and yells "BUS!" She's quite adept at operating the variety of riding toys available at daycare and home ("buses"). We also hear a lot about "purses" (these range from ice cream buckets, shovels, to actual purses).

She talks a lot about all the folks at daycare...mostly Bob (Linda's husband) and "Ah-ya-ya" (Amelia). Once in a while we hear about Lindsay...I mean "Lindys." I'd be remiss if I didn't mention her FAVORITE person...Grandma Blake ("Mamas"). We took Paige to the park yesterday and had the following conversation with her.

Mommy-- Paige! Guess where we're going?
Paige--Grandmas?!
Mommy--.....um.....no....just the park.....
Paige--.....Grandma?....
Mommy.....(sigh)...no...we're going to the PARK!
Paige.............(sad face)...Grandma.

Tonight we we're going to take a quick family trip to Aldi's.

Mommy--Paige! Get your shoes! We're going to go bye-bye!
Paige--Grandmas!!!
Mommy--......sigh......

Thats got to be it for now. Mike thinks I'm down here grading papers :) Look for updates after her next appointment at the U on June 1st.
